Urgent Support Needed for our Family

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share about our current situation and the challenges we're facing.

Story:

My name is Kristianna, and I am urgently trying to raise funds for the battle we face to get my husband out of ICE custody. He is an Iranian-American immigrant who came to the United States 26 years ago as a minor, legally seeking safety and a better life. I have known him for 22 years and he is my best friend. He was picked up by ICE on June 22, 2025. He is currently facing a legal and immigration crisis. This could result in deportation, despite having built a life here for the last 26 years. God has blessed us with a little boy just 1 year ago and he doesn't understand where his father is.

He is a peaceful, hardworking person and a wonderful father. He has friends, family, and a community that cares about him deeply. He deserves a chance to defend himself and remain in the country he now calls home.

My husband suffers from Ankylosing Spondylitis, a serious autoimmune condition that causes severe pain and inflammation in his spine and joints. The stress of detention is worsening his condition, and he is not receiving the proper care or special diet he needs to manage his illness. His health is deteriorating, and we are extremely concerned for his well-being.

In addition to advocating for his medical needs and release, we are also trying to raise funds for urgent legal fees, and basic family support during this incredibly difficult time.

Balancing motherhood alone and trying to keep our family together has been overwhelming, emotionally and financially.

Every donation—no matter the size—goes directly toward supporting our legal fight, ensuring my husband has what he needs in custody, and supporting our family during this crisis.
