Bring Amari Home

Amari is a sweet, loving and beautiful 5 year old girl that needs our love, prayers and financial support. On May 20th, Amari developed flu-like symptoms and was rushed into the hospital. The doctors at Enloe Hospital in Chico, CA quickly realized the issue Amari was encountering was much more than a flu. Amari was then airlifted to Sutter Hospital in Sacramento, Ca. After several tests and scans the doctors found inflammation in her spinal cord. They are still unsure of what the cause is and may need to transfer to UCSF where they have autoimmunity specialists.

Both her Mom and Dad, Mackenzie Johnson and Charlie Foreman, have spent restless hours in the IUC. They are still currently waiting for a specialist to shed light on Amari’s sudden medical condition.

In this fight to cure Amari, Mackenzie and Charlie are looking at a long difficult road ahead. We have put this together to help her and their family for bills due to medical costs, hotel stays, food and transporting back and forth to hospital and home.
