Bring Alora’s special way to life.

Hi, my name is Jesenia. and I’m reaching out to ask for your help in making a lifelong dream come true, publishing my very first children’s book. As a passionate reader, I’ve always loved stories, but this one is deeply personal. I started losing my hearing later in life, and it was a confusing and emotional journey. I remember how nervous I was getting my first hearing aid, but over time, I learned to embrace it. That’s what inspired me to write Alora’s Special Way. A story about a brave young girl who wears her hearing aid with pride. I want children, especially those with hearing loss, to feel seen, strong, and proud of who they are. The cover photo features Alora smiling proudly with her hearing aid, a symbol of confidence and self-love. Your support will help me cover publishing costs and bring this important story to life for kids who need to hear that it’s okay to be different.
