Bring Adam Home: Please Help with Cremation Donations

It’s with shattered hearts and the deepest love that we share the loss of our Brother and Friend Adam Mott, known to all lovingly as Turtle. He was a truly beloved Son and Father as well. The most beautiful soul, and one of the most radiant, kind-hearted, jovial humans to ever walk this Earth.

This fundraiser is to honor Turtle's life and legacy. The joy, laughter, and love he gave us all, and the unmatched light he brought into all our lives. The funds raised will go toward helping his family with the cremation expenses. $2250 will bring Adam’s ashes home to his family and anything additional will aid in helping with the funeral or celebration of life expenses - a proper send-off that reflects the joy, laughter, and memories Adam gave us all. We all know he deserves a big one. Any remaining donations will be put away safely for Turtle's beloved daughter, Acacia.

Turtle was the kind of person who made life lighter just by being in the room. Just knowing he was walking the Earth made the world a better place. His laugh was contagious, and his kindness knew no bounds. He never judged a soul. He lifted them. And even in his own silent struggles, especially after losing his sister Sarah, Turtle continued to pour out joy and love to everyone lucky enough to know him.

He was the kind of person who made you laugh when you didn’t think you could. The kind who never judged, always listened, and somehow made your burdens feel lighter, even as he quietly carried his own.

It may feel like he left us, but he is only beyond the veil. Turtle was exactly where he wanted to be that day. Fishing. Out in nature, surrounded by water and sky, doing what he loved. We believe that wherever he is now, he is joined by his sister. In a place where he can cast his line forever and watch over his beautiful daughter. Where his soul is free from the pain he carried in this life.

It's our turn to show up for him and for his family in this very difficult time.
