Bring a Daughter Closer to Her Terminally Ill Mother

Hi, my name is Dannan, and I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request for help.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, which has spread to her stomach, lymph nodes and brain, and her health is very rapidly declining. She lives in Tyler, TX, while I’m currently in Shreveport, LA, and the distance between us is making it incredibly difficult to support her the way she needs and deserves.

My goal is to move closer to her as soon as possible to be her caregiver and provide emotional, physical, and practical support during this incredibly difficult time. Unfortunately, the cost of relocation—including travel, moving expenses, and temporary income disruption—has created a financial barrier I can’t overcome alone.
