Thank you for helping the Briland Horses with their feed, medications and vet care: the horses have been historically privately-owned, but contribute immensely to the film, television, commercial production and resort life of the island. All of your very generous donations go directly to the feed shop and veterinary team in charge of their regular annual care, and are very much appreciated. Despite being local stars of print and television and film shot on location on Briland, the horses receive no government or corporate stipends, and rely on the generous support of donors like you.

As many of our loyal supporters know, the Briland Modem Fund has historically paid out more for the horses' care and wellbeing than actual donations received, whether for feed or hay or medications or annual vet care, thanks to the generosity of several family offices that lovingly donate unstructured funds every years that the Fund can pinpoint as needed to.

The Briland Modem Fund focuses on community development partnerships benefitting the out islands of the Bahamas, and relies on the support of Brilanders like you: fully 100% of your donation is tax-deductible, as the Fund has been a registered 501(c)3 not for profit corporation (c) 1999.
