Brighter future for Ukrainian kids.

Donation protected
I am Irina Salavatova, a volunteer and activist of the pro-democratic movement in Australia.

An independent non-profit organisation Svoboda Alliance (Australia), and I would like to announce a fundraiser to support a humanitarian project in Kyiv.

We are calling all people of the multicultural diaspora worldwide to support our friends and the Ukrainian charitable foundation "Impulse to Life" activists, who are looking for people wanting to help.

The Impulse for Life Foundation, engaged in many humanitarian projects, does not remain indifferent to the needs of kids forced to leave their homes.

As a longtime professional teacher, I know that through education and child care, we can shape the future of society.
One day those kids may become prize winners, top business people, leaders, prime ministers or well-rounded individuals with love for learning.

This social project aims to open a children's table tennis sports school with the Table Tennis Federation of Mariupol. To date, 1530 children from Mariupol have been registered in Kyiv.
The Table Tennis Federation of Mariupol lost two sports halls in their city.
By helping to create a sports centre, we help children deprived of the impulse to live because of the war unleashed in their country

Children, whose psyche has suffered from the war, are in dire need of not only the necessities of life but also activities that give them a chance to develop, communicate and enjoy life. Let's help Ukrainian kids have higher levels of positive self-image and satisfaction in life.

Charitable organisation' activists told us that there is a room suitable for training and some equipment.
Skilful coaches will start working with kids as soon as the school is ready.

What help is required?

First, immediate funds are needed to finish the restoration of the gym.
The children's school needs a front door, a few interior doors, wall paint, tables and other equipment. There is mould on the walls, no heating, and the floor is not suitable for setting up tables or conducting classes in the main hall.

Repairs and air conditioners for heating are urgently needed. The cold season in Kyiv lasts from November to March, with minimum average daily temperatures below 4 °C.

A donation of $95 US (3,500 hryvnias) will allow the school organisers to buy a good front door, and a $1,943 US (72,000 hryvnias) donation will allow Impulse for Life to purchase an air conditioner for space heating, of which they require four.

Ira Yatsenko, an activist of the fund, with whom the organisers of this fundraising are in constant contact, undertakes to provide donors with regular information on the spending of funds, including photos and video content.

The Charitable Foundation's President is Vadim Kubov, multiple European champions, participating in the Olympic Games and winning international tournaments.

Please support this social project.

Each dollar is a step towards the opening of the school.

A gift of any amount would show that the world stands with Ukraine
