Those who know Crystal will tell you that she's tenacious, loving, and always on-the-go. After an unfortunate series of complications following a routine ACL repair, Crystal is having to live life as an amputee. While she's up for the challenge, to say this has been devastating is an understatement.

She's found that she can get custom covers for her prosthetic, which she says makes the situation feel "a little brighter and fun." Each cover, because it is custom, costs hundreds of dollars.
