This Christmas season, I’m hoping to rally some support for someone very dear to me, my friend E. She has asked me to please omit names and photos just for the safety of her and her kiddos.

E is a hardworking, loving mom to three young boys. This year has brought more challenges than anyone should have to carry at once. She’s navigating a difficult divorce and ongoing court matters, experienced the sudden loss of a coworker, and most recently was involved in a car accident that resulted in her vehicle being totaled.

As a single mom, reliable transportation isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. Between work, school, and daily life with three kids, this unexpected loss has created a heavy burden during what should be a joyful season.

Out of respect for E and her family, I want to keep details private, but please know this: she is doing her very best, she shows up for her boys every single day, and she could truly use some extra support right now.

I wish I were in a position to fix this on my own, but I can’t — so I’m asking for help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping E get back on her feet and easing some of the financial stress this Christmas season.
