Bright Hill needs your help! Our administrative assistant of MORE THAN eighteen years is out on emergency medical leave. We are reaching out to our community for a helping hand in raising funds to cover emergency stipends for administrative duties, as we continue to ensure our employee is paid in full while out on leave. Any additional funds raised will cover overages of our heating and oil bill, which has more than doubled in the past two years due to astronomical cost increases. We are working hard to identify new grant opportunities which will support our community impact going forward... your support will carry us to that finish line!

Since 1992, Bright Hill Literary Center has been serving our Catskills community and BEYOND with literary arts, visual and STEAM-based educational programs and workshops. We have published more than 100 books, built a 12,000-volume library, featured hundreds of poets and artists, and offered THOUSANDS of scholarships to EVERY participant - young and old - in need. We have done this thanks to the generosity and vision of our funders including the New York State Council on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, private and local organizations and foundations, and individual donors and friends JUST LIKE YOU.
