
Briggs Buttercake
In the year 2002 I came up with a little recipe for a simple dessert that became a staple on steakhouse menus ever since. That dessert was the Buttercake. Since then I have been asked for and offered money for my recipe. But only now with the support of my wife Christa and my children, Abby, Sydney and Wyatt are we ready to share this dessert with the world.
We are raising money for the start up of our Buttercake baking venture. The funds raised will be put toward start up fees and licences, baking materials and supplies, marketing and PR and perhaps a small kitchen to begin with.
We are hoping the have the funds by mid November and be ready by the time the holiday season rolls around so we can supply the different flavors of Buttercake for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The support for Briggs Buttercake will make our families dreams come true. The launch of this venture would be creating a meaninfull, family run bussiness that can be passed down to my children and perhaps their children.
