Brielle Strong #Heartmatewarrior

Hello I am Dajone, sister to Brielle Mitchell. I am here to fundraise money for my family in one of the hardest times of our lives. On October 27th Brielle’s life flashed before her eyes. She was playing at school and passed out. She woke up 4 wks later in the Cardiac ICU unit at CHOP, 8 wks later and the doctors still don’t know how she went into Congestive Heart Failure. She is now a case that the doctors can’t explain. She went through 3 open heart surgeries and now have a whole artificial heart (Bi-VADS). We are so grateful to still have her here with us and we thank everyone for all the prayers. My mother & Brielle’s father have not left her bed side at all. As we all know going through a sudden tragic event not having to be concerned about money lifts a huge burden off the family. Both parents have to not only maintain their home bills but also other bills, daily meals, housing opportunities, daily living necessities, as well as caring for Brielle once she is home.
