I could not be MORE excited to begin my adventure to becoming a Midwife.

My heart’s work belongs with mothers and babies.

I am finally ready to begin my path toward what I knew was my true calling from the moment I witnessed my first birth as a Doula.

I am ready - READY- to become a Midwife.

BUT...

My children are still young, and there are many steps on this journey.
I am a Mama first, and these years are precious...

And so, I am so thrilled to be enrolled in and begin the prerequisite work - the Hearts and Hands Midwifery Intensives  - before making the bigger leap & enrolling in midwifery school.


Hearts & Hands coursework is part of the curriculum for of National Midwifery Institute, Inc. (the school my eye is on), and available to students prior to enrollment, and has long been the starting point of instruction for aspiring midwives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Completed Hearts & Hands coursework transfers for full credit, and all tuition paid is deducted from the NMI enrollment down payment!

The purpose of these courses are to provide students with a strong and integrated foundation in the art and science of midwifery.
