Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

My name is Carl, and I’m a PHP developer who has been providing code for websites

and digital projects. I recently completed a 10-month contract working on Lausanne,

and since the end of September, I’ve been actively searching for more work. The job

market has been slow, but I’m hopeful for new opportunities. I recently secured a

part-time position which is initially believed to be around a 10-hour-a-week

contract, which I’m grateful for, but it’s not enough to cover our essential

expenses. I’m doing everything I can to find more work, so our family can get back

on track.

For the past few months, we’ve been relying on our savings to cover rent, preschool

for our kids, car payments, food, and other bills. Unfortunately, our savings are

nearly gone, and we are in immediate need of financial support.

My wife Alexandra and our eldest son both need dental work that we have been unable

to afford this past year. The pain in Alexandra’s mouth is increasing, making daily

life a struggle. (Approximately 36% of the total amount we are requesting is for

dental work/surgery). We’re also trying to keep our home close to our kids’

preschool and our family’s support network, but affording rent for December is a

real challenge.

We have three beautiful children, Hans (4), Emma (3), and Liam (1). Raising three

little ones so close in age has been both a joy and a challenge, especially while

managing work. Alexandra has been incredibly strong, but at times, the demands are

overwhelming, and I need to step in during the workday to help her.

We humbly ask for prayers, and if you feel led, any financial help you can offer. We

are trusting that God will provide for us in his timing and praying that GoFundMe

might be a part of his answer. Your support, whether through prayer or donation,

would be a tremendous blessing and would allow us to focus on securing full-time

work and meeting our family’s needs.

Note: The total amount we are requesting covers three months of living expenses for our family (December, January, February) along with urgent dental care needs.
