Bridging the gap between health crisis and living

I am going to be discharged from Bethlem Royal Hospital acute mental health unit in a short period of time. Due to my most recent physical and mental health crisis I found myself unable to manage almost every single area of my life. I would like to raise some money to furnish my new flat, clear debt and to take care of my physical and mental health.

My debt totals to around £5000 including rent arrears and energy bills. I am paying my own rent at the moment out of my benefits because I need to appeal a decision made by DWP that my housing benefit is suspended. This was because I didn't return a form to them in time. I have not had the capacity to engage properly because court is a trigger for me.

When I get stressed I become physically unwell, which then further increases my health anxiety. I spend quite a lot of time in visiting my GP and going to the hospital to figure out what is going on with my body.

I manifested recently that I will succeed in areas of my life involving health, wealth and family. I can't do this completely alone and I'm trying to get as much support as I can. I'm grateful to anyone who helps me.
