Many of you have followed my journey on Facebook for a long time. You’ve read my writing and witnessed my heart for people—whether I was posting about my global community for caregivers, sharing my history of taking care of my own elders, or talking about my years running my art gallery. I have always been a dedicated, all-around professional, and I’m currently putting that same due diligence into a full-time or part-time job search. I am actively interviewing for a wide range of positions that fit my writing skills and business experience.

​To be honest, it was not an easy choice for me to post about my personal situation like this. I’ve always been the one helping others, so choosing this avenue to ask for help is a big step for me. But I’m choosing it because the timing of these hiring cycles has created a financial challenge larger than I can manage alone right now.

​My primary goal is to remain in my home by paying my bills that are due while I secure employment. Having this stability is the most important factor in allowing me to stay focused on the work ahead.
