Bridgette Watkins - Cancer Fundraiser

I'm sure all of you know our fabulous Bridgette, who is a remarkable, dependable, and vital presence on the inpatient Mental Health Unit. She has fulfilled leadership roles that include, but are not limited to Charge, Preceptor, and Mentor. She has been in the nursing world for approximately 35 years. How amazing is that! Bridgette has always lent a hand to others on the unit when anyone has needed it, but now she needs our help!
Bridgette is facing her third encounter with cancer! As she faces this third encounter, lets show our support and solidarity during this difficult time. Bridgette has an upcoming surgery on February 3rd, 2021 and it is uncertain if she will also need chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
As all of you know, our current employer doesn't have a formal process anymore to donate PTO to others when we may want to during times of need. A go fund me has been set up to help with anything she may need like time off from work, bills, etc.
