Bridgette Sroka Study Abroad – hosted by YMC

The Yonkers Motorcycle Club is a family orientated club and we are seeking the motorcycle community's  help to support Bridgette Sroka continue her college career and study abroad.

We made a promise to Bridgette and her siblings  that we would be there for them  when their dad . . . our brother Joe Sroka . . . who passed on Oct 7th, 2011. This is something that Yonkers Motorcycle Club holds near and dear to our hearts and we are very proud of Bridgette and her sibling's for their many accomplishments in life.

Now with your help, we would like to assist in making this educational endeavor a success for Bridgett. Bridgette has graduated high school and continues her education at SUNY Geneseo, where she is studying Music Education. This trip will afford Bridgette the opportunity to study Humanities 221 in two of the greatest cities in  Europe: Vienna and Prag. Both of these cities offer students a rich cultural experience and an intense study into historical happenings (Two World Wars, the Holocaust, Communism, the Cold War, the Fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the developing and ever-changing democratic climate) that have shaped Europe, the United States, and indeed, the world. To study abroad is a great experience for any college student, but it  does come at a large expense. This trip will cost Bridgette $8,751.80. We are asking all of our supporters  to  help  make Bridgette‘a dream of studying abroad  come true.
