Bridget Brigade
Donation protected
Hello to Friends and Family!
As you may know, our beloved Bridget has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Thankfully, the prognosis is good and she will be getting great care at U.C.S.F.
The year-long treatment will begin with six months of chemotherapy followed by surgery, and then, possibly, radiation. Fortunately, her insurance will cover most medical expenses. However, in all likelihood she will be unable to work full-time during this process. All donations will go directly to her, to support her as she heals. She is too proud to beg, but I am not! It may seem like an ambitious goal, but I am trying to project her total overhead through this entire period plus cryotherapy during chemo to limit hair loss minus the maximum that I can contribute each month. There are a few large expenses and a growing list of smaller ones. It adds up swiftly. I also want her to have the healthiest food available and a handful of creature comforts like some new cozy clothes. Anything to ease the way.
How wonderful it would be if she did not have to worry about money during this fight of all fights. A one-time or recurring donation of ANY amount is welcomed with deep, deep gratitude. Every bit truly helps.
Her Venmo is @Bridget-Bartholome if that is easier. If you prefer to use PayPal or another transaction app, contact me and I will create an account for her.
Thank you!
With gratitude,
Nick London (Bridget's partner)
