Help Bridger's Journey to the Rhode Island School of Design

Hello! My name is Bridger Barksdale, and I am an art student soon to be attending the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Providence, RI. I am honored to be among the 19% of accepted students who applied this year.

I was awarded a full-tuition scholarship from RISD, but tuition isn't the only cost involved when attending college. Therefore, I am asking for a little push from my friends to bring this opportunity within reach. A few of the expenses this campaign is meant to alleviate include relocating to Rhode Island from Utah, art supplies, health insurance, and rent.

To show my gratitude, I am offering original works of art to anyone who donates over $50 to my cause. While I cannot say exactly what these works will be, they will represent my best efforts as I seek to create unique and meaningful patterns and movements.

We live in an incredible time to explore new concepts, and transforming these into tangible mediums is a vital yet undervalued skill. Without this ability, many otherwise great ideas never reach a stage that can impact our world most. Fortunately, students like myself don't have to do it alone—an opportunity like RISD will provide me with the resources I need to give all I can while helping others do the same.
