We are a small friendly long-established martial arts club with over 40 years of history aiming to increase confidence and fitness for both children and adults. We have students who have represented both Wales and Great Britain in knockdown fighting and kata tournaments.

Four of our students, Conor, Ethan, Michalina and Szymon have all been selected to represent Wales and GB in either kata, knockdown fighting or both.

The first trip is to Belgium in the Sutani Cup in October for knockdown and the seond is in Bulgaria in November doing kata.

These are amazing opportunities but it does get expensive to send them and we are looking at different ways to raise money to get them there. If you feel able to help, we would be very grateful for any donations, big or small to help towards our fundraising efforts.
