Since 1996, Eagle Creek Orchard Farm has been lovingly stewarded by dedicated family farmers. In 2024, we became the next generation to carry on this legacy, committed to raising up as producers and stewards of the land. Our orchard is more than just a business—it's a living testament to years of hard work, tradition, and community connection.
This year, we faced an unimaginable setback. A catastrophic chemical event destroyed 458 of our cherished 'Queen' peach trees and stripped us of our seasonal credit. The loss has been devastating, both emotionally and financially. We are now fighting to keep our remaining 712 trees alive and healthy, while also working to transition our operation into a community cannery that can serve our neighbors for years to come.
We need a bridge to survive this crisis. The funds raised will cover the immediate bills that our FSA loan would have handled, as well as provide organic inputs and labor to care for our healthy trees. Your support will help us recover, protect our legacy, and continue serving our community. Every donation brings us closer to restoring our land and ensuring the future of Eagle Creek Orchard Farm. Please join us in this fight to preserve a piece of our shared agricultural heritage.
All contributions to this fund are personal gifts to maintain the agricultural viability and environmental stewardship of the land during a period of transition. These gifts are independent of, and do not waive, any pending legal or insurance claims regarding third-party property damage.
No raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or returns on investment are offered in exchange for any donations made to this GoFundMe.
