My name is Kurt Akemann, and I lost my job in February 2022. As I was searching for a new position in the spring, I developed heart failure due to arrhythmia and spent most of June in the hospital. This illness cost me a job that would have paid my expenses and it took me until April of 2024 to secure the sort of job I really needed. By that time, my association dues had piled up and while I have worked to pay them I am facing eviction. My parents have recently passed on and so I need to ask for help. I am asking for help in making a payment large enough to allow me to set up a payment plan and save my home. I have been able to negotiate with the bank but I need help with the dues. Please help if you can.
