Hi, my name is Monique, and I never thought I’d be here, but I’m at my wits end.

I’ve been actively job searching, applying everywhere from marketing to even fast food, but I haven’t been hired yet. My unemployment benefits end this month, and I’m facing the reality of falling behind on basic bills including a roof over our heads..

My monthly essentials come to about $3,600:

Rent: $2,000

Car note: $290

Phone bill: $300

Lights, gas, and groceries: about $1,000

I’m doing everything I can: applying daily, freelancing where possible, and even planning new wellness services, but right now I need a bridge to keep my home and stability while I get back on my feet.

Any contribution, no matter how small, helps me and my daughter stay afloat during this transition. Even $10 covers groceries for a day or gas to get to an interview.
