Hi, my name is CJ Stephens, and I'm in the process of finding a new job. I have interviews lined up, and I am very positive about them. But currently, I am an adjunct professor, which is a contract gig that doesn't pay much. I also lost my summer classes to full-time professors this year, which is a hazard of my job. I've managed to get by on savings for most of the summer, but I've almost exhausted that fund. I only need to get by for one more month, then I'll either have my first paycheck from teaching in the fall, or I'll have a new job from among the ones I'm interviewing for (fingers crossed!).
