As of Tuesday, I have assumed emergency family guardianship of an out our state 1 year-old.

If anyone has been close to a situation such as this one, it goes down fast and hard, and takes time for said paperwork to be ordered and the state resources to kick in.

I have an incredible village, family and friends, I work closely with all existing state and local organizations, am I extremely fortunate to have have been able to personally and rapidly meet all needs with the support of said village.

I am able to meet personally / with said village all of his needs short and long term.

I would dearly love, and frankly, we have all exhausted our personal funds... well, before this need occurred.

I am hoping to raise $1,000 to bridge the gap in childcare needs to keep us all employed so that we may readily and personally... utilize our personal funds to give him the the same standard of living I give my son for the foreseeable future.
