The Student Teke Chapter (Pi-Eta) and The TKE Pi-Eta Alumni Association have secured a commitment from the TKE Foundation Pi-Eta housing fund for purchase of land/lot for a permanent home! 

Generous and dedicated Alumni have pledged the majority of the construction loan for a Fraternity Lodge, and this brick fundraiser takes the project to the finish line by giving TKE Alumni at large, a chance to be a part of it.

$200,000 TKE foundation cash for outright lot purchase 1+ acres. (approved; pending market fluctuations at time of withdrawal)

+$50,000 Alumni investment to ensure the best site available (if needed) .

$200,000 TKE Pi-Eta RE Corp Inc. construction loan, 10yrs. 

+$50,000 Alumni investment for construction incidentals and misc soft costs
