On Saturday, August 22, 2020, we confirmed that our brother and his wife's home for the last 20 years was completely destroyed by the recent CZU Lightning Complex fire in the Santa Cruz mountains. They are safe and staying with friends and family for now. However, they had limited time to gather personal belongings before being forced to evacuate.  Most of their stuff is now in ashes. 

Many of us would like to help in some way as they approach their long journey ahead. For those that would like to provide some monetary help, we opened this page.  These funds can provide a small step in helping them provide some of the essentials in the coming days, weeks and months.
