Let me start by saying Thank you Lord for saving my son from worse injuries and death!! A mother’s constant worry and worst nightmare! To get “that call” that your child has been in a wreck. By the Grace of God my son Brian is still here with us with a long road of recovery ahead. For those that don’t know, he was in a bad wreck on his Harley. An older gentleman hit him on his bike (never seen him) right off of US 1 in Florida. Thank God he’s not too cool for school and wears his helmet and was fully clothed also. He was taken to the trauma unit with severe injuries but is now home on his way to recovery! Did I say Thank God??!! Anyway, I decided to do a gofundme for him and his family as he is the sole provider of their household and will continue to be out of work for some time! He suffered a concussion (he was unconscious and has no recollection) dislocated shoulder, broken elbow and arm in several places, broken toes, internal bruising and swelling as well as the expected road rash despite him being fully covered. By the way, I highly recommend purchasing the helmet pictured or one close to it, as I am positive it played a huge part in saving his life when he landed head first after being airborne according to the witnesses. Shoutout to his significant other who has been fabulous during this all, as well as my daughter Julia and my son Dylan for their moral support!
