Brian Prince touched us all with his generous smile, infectious laugh and his wonderful spirit. Unfortunately, he was taken from us far too soon. 

He collapsed on Sunday and fought until Tuesday afternoon. Throughout that time, many have been leaving beautiful memories and stories on his Facebook wall. Thank you for that – it's been a great comfort to his family and loved ones to see how deeply Brian affected everyone he met. 

His family would like to hold a memorial on October 7 in San Francisco so we all can grieve together and share our memories of Brian. It would be a great opportunity to remember him and share with everyone else what made him special to us.

We need your help with two things:
