Hello. I’m Bri. I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2020 & although was blessed with a brief remission, have been fighting it yet again. I am being treated at various hospital locations due to the widespread locations of my specialists that I have come to trust with my healthcare needs. Although my medical costs are covered IN FULL, my prescriptions, gas, food, and other necessities while receiving treatment are becoming too much. I worked 50 hours weeks doing what I love- working with children- until the beginning of this year where my health and my job both went in separate directions. I’ve been focusing on my health since and plan on returning to work for the summer pending my health in May.
On 4/20/22 we found out the cancer has migrated to my stomach and are awaiting a scan date to confirm that. These scans are in Kansas City. All of the proceeds from this go to ME directly to be used for things such as my prescriptions, fuel and food costs on commutes to and from appointments in the Kansas City, Omaha, Lincoln and Shenandoah Areas, and other basic healthcare needs.
I was blessed to receive donations from a go fund me in May/June of 2021 that the proceeds of lasted me literally until last week (April of 2022) using them for the above reasons. I appreciate prayers, kind thoughts and every single donation imaginable. ❤️
