Briana Dominguez was hands down one the strongest girls I know. She was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of 2021. She beat it and proudly rang her bell in July of 2022. Unfortunately, the cancer came back shortly after that. She continued to fight this horrible disease with such positivity and grace. She amazed everyone including the doctors with her passion and determination. Every time they told her she can’t or she won’t be able to do something she proved them wrong. She was told she wouldn’t walk again and when I say that girl walked again, she just about ran! Even though Briana was battling cancer she faced everyday with a positive attitude. She never let cancer define her. She gave her worries to God. Bri always walked in faith. She fought harder than anyone I have ever seen. When the doctors came back with news that the cancer had spread to her brain, she took it differently that time around. She didn’t want to start another round of chemo. Briana wanted to live out her days happy and with her family and friends. She wanted to get tattoos and go to new places. She had no desire to feel sick or laid up in the hospital. She wanted to be free and happy. Briana always had such an amazing smile on her face. You couldn’t help but smile when she entered a room.
Breaks my heart to say that Briana got her wings and went to be with the Lord on August 15th, 2023 at 8:05pm.
Briana’s light is still here inside everyone that got the chance to know her and love her. Her bravery and positivity is something she would want all of us to carry on for her.
With all that being said, her mother Amparo, could use some help with all the new costs being thrown at her. She hasn’t been able to work much these past few years due to doctor appointments and helping Bri with her battle. She enjoyed her time with her daughter over anything else. I’m asking on behalf of Amparo and her family for some help. Anything will help and if you can’t make a donation then please share this post. Let’s help this amazing mother be able to lay her baby to rest and not have to stress about where or how she will continue to make ends meet.
The funeral is requiring all costs to be paid in full by Monday, August 21, 2023.
Let’s see how much we can raise by Monday to help this mother during the worst time a mother could go through. Thank you to those who help and those who have already helped.
You can also donate to Amparo cash app. $ParoParo or to my Venmo @Abigail-Ayers-5
