On July 1st 2018 near Rachel Nevada (Area 51) Brian and his brother were taming the open road on a rare brothers weekend. When out of nowhere a chameleon rock grabbed the wheel of Brians bike which threw him into the desert gouging the gravel, uprooting bushes and breaking his bones. Thanks to the quick thinking and calm demeanor of his brother, without cell service and little road traffic, he was able to successfully get Brian stable and flag down help. Amazingly, even on this desolate road the brothers were soon surrounded by people who acted as Angels by providing cover from the heat and taking turns surrounding and comforting Brian while waiting for help to arrive. He then took a short ambulance ride and a long helicopter ride to Las Vegas.       His injuries include two compound fractures and breaks in his right leg, four fractured ribs, and three burst fractures in his spine. The medical team have successfully set his leg and fused the fractured vertebrae, starting him on his long path to recovery.        As an accomplished massage therapist and Reiki master specializing in alignment therapy for over 22 years, Brian has helped hundreds of people recover from the same types of injuries that he is now faced with.         As he is self-employed and will now be unable to work for many months he will require financial assistance with living and medical expenses.
