Help Brian Turn on his Power!

I'm sure most of you know Brian from working with him over the years, and that is how I met him. He works very hard as the evening cart attendant at the South Charleston Target. Although we no longer work together, we still keep in touch, and it has come to my attention that Brian desperately needs some of his bills caught up so he can get his gas/heat and water turned on before it gets any colder. I believe there also could be some damage to his hot water tank, so that may need to be fixed or replaced.
Brian is visually impaired and sadly lost both his father and mother in the past year, with who he lived and relied on for basic things that you and I take for granted. He has been without gas and water now since May or June. Brian is a proud man and is never one to ask for help. Still, when he reached out to me last night asking if I could wash some clothes for him, I pried him for further information, learning that he has been buying water from work or collecting rainwater to bathe and wash his clothes. Since losing his parents, Brian does not have transportation to work and walks daily. After working outside all day in the hot and cold weather, he deserves to come home to a warm house and a hot shower. My goal is to ensure Brian has heat and running water all winter. Brian would give anyone the shirt off his back if he could, and he is always so cheerful and outgoing, but his situation is starting to take a toll on him. If Brian has made you smile or positively impacted you, please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser.
