***update***I never thought I would have to do this. Even if Brian Stasewich has been trying to prepare us for this for a year now.

Yesterday Brian did cross over to heaven. We are devastated and miss him terribly, but we truly believe he will forever be our guardian angel.

I want to thank the village of family and friends that Brian and I have created in the last 25 years. So many people have showed up for us and I can never thank you all enough.

The next few days, weeks, months and years will be hard, but I know our village will be there and Brian will be there with me to comfort my heart when I need it.

I am working to put the services together and will keep everyone posted. Thank you again for being there for Elianna Stasewich, Jada Stasewich, Danielle and I.

*** Update*** I have finished my first rounds of Chemo and radiation and have begun high dose IV chemo infusions. The next step is surgery and then Immunotherapy treatment. Still a long road ahead but still fighting! So as you know I spent a few days at Mayo in Rochester getting testing done and an abdominal wash. That was was done laproscopicly and the cells were collected and scanned under a microscope. The hope was not to find cancer cells in that test but sadly, they did. This means I'm stage 4 and future surgery is less than likely. But I will still do as much radiation and chemo as I can handle but I think we all know how the story ends. If mr tumor responds to treatment, i could have a year or two left. If i chose NOT to do treatment, I have 3-6 mos. I love you all and thank you for loving me. Im sure at times I didn't make it easy. I dont think I'll be making too many public appearances anymore so if you want to see me, you'll have to come here.
