My name is Brian Gladden. I am 56 years old and have been with my current job 14 years.

I was recently injured at work and I am currently unable to work due to my employer requiring clearance from a doctor to return to work (which I can't yet anyway). My employers Workers Compensation plan has rejected my claim. They say my knee injury was not work related (even though it did happen at work)

Also, none of the Orthopedic offices I have been in contact with have any open appointments for months. Not that I can afford the co-payment right now.

I recived my last paycheck today and once the money runs out. Myself and my Signifigant Other (she is a Cancer Survivor but has no benefits other than Medicaid) will be homeless within a month or so.

Any funds I recive will be used for essential things like rent ($800 a Month) food and my cell phone bill ($60 a month)
