Brian Olenek passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2021. It is the wishes of the Olenek family that in lieu of flowers/food, donations be made towards a trust for Brian's children. All donations will go directly to the trust.
Brian created and raised a beautiful family with his partner and fiance, Tara Gleim. He worked as a physical education teacher in the Brandywine School District, Delaware and later followed his passion for construction.
Brian was an extraordinary and avid wrestler. He wrestled almost his entire life and later became a state level competitor. He was always doing something with wrestling as it was his life-long passion. His childhood home often became the wrestler's house where all his friends would come to work out and seek advice from Brian's father, Michael.
Brian was so loved. He had an infectious personality and would light up any room he was in. Brian gave all he had from his heart. His children were his pride and joy. When he saw his children there was always a ray of sunshine. Brian also loved his niece and nephew just as much. He was so proud of the young man and woman they are becoming. Family meant everything to Brian.
The loss of Brian has left an enormous hole in this world. He is and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
