I hope you are all well. After 5 weeks of hospitalization I will be discharged next week. I have been unsuccessful in locating a suitable rehabilitation program nor raised enough funds. I will be on the street again until a bed becomes available in the emergency shelter. I will find work and save for a rooming house.

I greatly appreciate those that have contributed. The clothing and cash will get me started. Take care

My name is Brian and I'm 61. I've been battling alcoholism and medical issues for the past 4 years. I've made some bad decisions and am repentant.

I'm currently in The Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. I am having antibiotic treatments around the clock fighting a MRSA infection. This is the 6th hospitalization in the past 2 years: 20 weeks of IV treatment, 6-1/2 toes amputated, 4 jobs lost.

I have completed multiple rehab programs and tried sober house living. I have been exposed to and abused by some very bad people.

My most recent sober house experience was filled with lies. I was evicted while in the hospital and they stole everything I owned.

I have no family. I'm asking for some help. These funds will be used for clothing and housing. Without these, I will be on the street until a spot opens at the shelter. I intend on getting a job as soon as possible.
