Brian Needs a Lift!

Some of you know I’ve had a tough year. I’ve been diagnosed with advanced Cancer and recently I’ve not been able to go to the Old Church Theatre.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to have so many great musicians and actors perform at the Old Church and so many dedicated audience members who support such small venues and talented artists. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you once again and now ask for a different kind of support.

Lately lack of strength and mobility has become a problem. I’ll need to get a lift chair installed in our home and as they are quite expensive I’m reaching out to you, my friends and supporters at the Old Church Theatre.

Although there will be some changes and shake-ups at the Old Church we have every intention to continue to host great events in the days, months and years to come. Lesley tells me it’s taken three people to replace me! But I’m just happy to have such amazing volunteers Rick, Angela and Christina step in and keep things rolling along.

I may not be behind the bar pouring your drinks but I look forward to seeing you, this time taking a comfy seat in the audience.
