It seems fitting to arrange a memorial for Brian, also Husband, Grandpa and Dad, in the community he served for over 30 years.
Those who knew Brian the best knew that he loved his work and dedicated many long hours to ensuring the Parks were looked after impeccably.
He cared deeply about those in the community he worked for, with and around. This came through in everything he did.
It is our hope that we can raise the money through donations to install a picnic table through the City of Richmond Memorial Program, which will include a memorial plaque and 10 years of maintenance.
He wished not to have an official celebration of life and I think this lower key tribute to Brian fits is presence beautifully.
