Please help Brian fight for his life!

My only sibling Brian Hayes is fighting for his life in Guam.  He is 37 years old and married with 6 beautiful kids.  He has been in the hospital fighting end stage liver disease.  Early March he was rushed to the hospital and found that he was internally bleeding.  He was in a medically induced coma for 15 days, had over 20 units of blood transfused and multiple procedures to prolong his life.  Now he needs to go to the Philippines to have another stent placed on his liver, see a hematologist and then his entire family will need to relocate to the states so he can be placed on the liver transplant list.  I humbly ask for any donations to help him and his beautiful family get through this time.  His wife has been a dedicated nurse for over 15 years and has not been able to work.
