Brian Gorby Hodgkins

On behalf of Newcomb North Geelong St Albans Queenscliff and Leopold Football clubs we are raising funds to Support Gorby and his medical costs.

Prior to Christmas Gorby unfortunately suffered a significant fall that required spinal surgery in the Austin Hospital .

His recovery will be a long journey which may include up to 6 months in hospital . We are raising funds to support Gorby’s medical costs where required and accommodation costs for his family to stay close in Melbourne.

Gorby has had links in the local football community for the last 55 years and is known by so many .

He has held roles since his playing days as Chairman of Selectors and coach and committee member for the 5 clubs above . He loves his footy !

We are now asking the local sporting community to band together and support where they can !
