On Thursday, September 27th, Brian suffered a massive heart attack at the age of 42.  He had extensive surgery on Saturday and has been fighting for his life in ICU since then.  The initial outlook was bleak  but today he has turned a corner and was actually able to speak to his mother.  His surgeon has been shocked by his progress but states that he has a long road ahead to recovery.  Brian has proven to be quite a fighter.

Brian was working a temporary job at Tuffs University School of Medicine.  He was to start full time on October 1.  One of his first questions when he was able to talk today was about the cost of his care.  We want to help put his mind at ease about that issue.  

Brian is well loved by friends and family.  He enjoys  community theater and making others laugh with his delightful sense of humor.  Brian is an animal lover and all around great guy!
