As most of you know, our family lost our beloved Brian suddenly in late September after a long battle with depression, addiction and OCD. While this is the hardest thing we've ever had to face, more than anything we want the beautiful memories of his kind heart to keep shining in this world. It is our greatest wish that in the face of our tragedy, something meaningful is created that would've made his heart happy. I'm asking all of you who loved Brian and our family, to help us if you can in establishing a scholarship fund in Brian's name for a deserving Canby high school senior, as well as a memorial bench in Barview Oregon, where Brian loved to spend his time rock fishing with his Grandpa.

Rich and I plan on funding this scholarship in perpetuity and we hope to be able to provide a $500-1000 scholarship yearly to a student who may have experienced similar struggles as Brian. Every penny donated will go to the scholarship fund and his bench. We would love to create hope for the future to so many in the name of our sweet and intelligent son.
