My son, Brian K. Billings was taken without warning from us last night. His family, Kylie Clark and his children were unprepared to have to grapple with funeral expenses, and they are unable to go back to the place they called home before this tragedy occurred. Any funds raised will be used for Brian’s burial, and the remainder to try to provide for Brian’s children.
