Please help Brian continue to fight this brain cancer

Donation protected
Ive left the beginning of Brian's story to bring us from 2023 to today. Brian is an absolute miracle. After he was diagnosed he without question chose to fight. And his fight and spirit has beaten all the odds, and he is still with us today, full of love and optimism. Unfortunately this update comes with another hurdle this amazing couple must face. This horrible disease left Brian unable to walk or work and he had to retire from a job he truly loved. And then with no warning, Southwest let go of thousands of employees, including my sister-in-law Debbi. It was devastating news. The treatments that are keeping Brian with us are not cheap, and they have to travel from Florida to Phoenix every month which is also not cheap. If there is anything, no amount too small, you are able to give to help this family who are so loved, we'd forever appreciate it. Our family could not have gotten to where we are without all the love and support surrounding Brian and Debbi, and we are eternally grateful.

Hi all! So I have the most amazing brother in law (he's basically my brother in law) and this hard working, great person has been dealt quite a hand..

Brian Bell, 44yrs old, is an employee of Southwest Airlines. His wife of 4yrs, Debbi, also works for Southwest out of Las Vegas. This summer, on a routine medical check-up, they discovered a tiny tumor in his brain. In a very short time, it grew to twice its size, nearly incapacitating Brian.

In one month he went from walking, working, being able to see well to a wheelchair, double vision and problems breathing. His left side becoming so weak he couldn’t walk safely.

He was rushed into the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix where he was hospitalized and they started radiation treatment for what they are now calling a brain cancer.

Debbi found a small furnished apt very close to the clinic so they are able to get Brian to his treatments everyday for a month and a half. He has had and currently is having a number of MRI, CT and PET scans, 30 days of radiation, weekly occupational therapy (trying to get him back on his feet again), oncology eye exams, and others I have never heard about.

As you might imagine, a group consultation with some of the best brain surgeons and cancer Drs in possibly the world is beyond outrageously expensive. The bills they are incurring, while insurance does pay for much of it, are just beginning to roll in. The out of state living expenses are mounting up while Brian is away from work. And this doesn’t count the future monthly returns to check that the therapy is working or possible lengthly chemo therapy

If you can find time to drop a few dollars in the account, Brian and Debbi will be eternally grateful, every cent will help.

Thank you and God Bless you!
