Throughout his 40+ year teaching and coaching career, Brian "Army" Armstrong has greatly impacted the lives of generations of students and athletes. The lessons he continues to teach have always been about more than simply history, basketball, and running; he has instilled his students and athletes with the importance of integrity, grit, and persevering through difficulty. Unfortunately, Army is now having to apply those lessons in his own life, as he battles ALS.
