BRIA: Un restaurant éphémère à Lyon

Nous sommes un groupe d’étudiants internationaux en troisième année de Bachelor Management des Arts Culinaires à l’Institut LYFE – Ex Institut Paul Bocuse, et dans le cadre de notre projet de fin d’études, nous allons ouvrir un restaurant éphémère : BRIA

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de partenariats précieux pour nous aider à faire de ce projet innovant un véritable succès.

BRIA est un concept de restaurant que nous avons inspiré du marché sicilien “Vucciria” qui se trouve à Palerme. Notre ambition est de créer un lieu où le partage, la chaleur estivale de l’été et le mélange des cultures se rencontrent. Grâce à notre diversité culturelle, nous sommes convaincus que nous pouvons créer des liens profonds avec la culture des marchés, présente dans le monde entier.

Notre menu est la vitrine de la culture sicilienne, réinterprétée par nos expériences, qui vous surprendra par sa fraicheur et son approche de la gastronomie. BRIA rend hommage au concept du marché, grâce à ses ingrédients de qualité, qui connectent les gens et permettent de comprendre les cultures.
