Help Jess Heal

Hi all.

Long story short, Jessica is up against a hearty pile of medical bills with no end in sight, as healing a traumatic brain injury of this degree is a long and financially/mentally demanding journey.

Jess has been battling the repercussions of TBIs since her first incident in 2013, when she was hit by a drunk driver, in addition to 5 concussions from playing soccer in HS (also battling years of memory loss). In 2019, she fell off a waterfall & hit her head, resulting in more brain damage & a breakdown of the brain/gut connection. Her most recent incident occurred earlier this month, in which she fell & hit her head twice on the way down. This most recent fall has truly rocked her world physically & financially and has set her back years in regards to healing and recovery.

I am asking for your help because insurance can only cover so much & a majority of the treatment required is not covered, as well as this being a very difficult time for her. Without this aggressive treatment, Jess risks irreversible damage to her brain & a major stunt in the healing process.

Any amount helps. Jess has done so much for those around her regardless of her health & I would love to see the same done for her in return.

For context, the sum of $15k would help cover the following appointments for roughly 3 months, which range from weekly to daily.

Neurology/neuropathy appts: $1,100/month

Laser therapy: $1,200/mo

Speech pathology/cognition therapy: $400/mo

Hyperbaric Chamber: $800-$1,600/mo

Lymphatic/cranial massage: $800/mo
