Breyan McGillicuddy 529 Scholarship

Every company has someone who brightens up even the worst of days, and for us at CruCon Cruise Outlet, it was Ryan McGillicuddy.  He was a part of our “family” and provided a great smile to anyone he encountered on a daily basis.  He was full of spirit, laughter and continuously offered his “wisdom” on many topics of discussion. He was a dedicated employee, had an incredible work ethic and offered help to everyone he knew.  His main objective was to support his family (which included his mini-farm of goats and chickens) and because of this, it made him the most selfless person we had the privilege of knowing – putting everyone before himself professionally and personally.  His kind and gentle heart along with his brotherly love for everyone is what we embraced and truly miss. 

As with any day of remembrance, we take this time to reflect on his memory and legacy.  We think of his support and belief in all of us and the way he would give us hope and positive encouragement.  We also think of his ability to comfort those in need.  We know wherever he is now, he is helping others in their quest to happiness and with this, we can rest more at ease – we know he is doing what he does best.

Ryan left behind a son, Breyan, and we want to provide him with the start of an opportunity to further his education and life goals.  With this in mind, we are asking for support in raising funds to incorporate into the Breyan McGillicuddy Scholarship Fund, a 529 College Savings Plan.  This will help Breyan in his future endeavors as it truly does take a village to raise a child.  It is our way of offering love and support to Ryan’s wonderful son and family, and encouraging others to do the same. To this note, Sandy Cleary, Chairman/CEO of CruCon Cruise Outlet will MATCH ALL DONATIONS received by June 17, 2016.
